Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Product condition: Returns are accepted on new, unused, and unopened products only

Return label: A downloadable and printable return label will be provided free of charge
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the new/unopened condition requirement.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products.
Products exchanged must also be new, unused, and unopened.
Refunds

Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product

Restocking fees: No restocking fee is charged

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
Please note: Shipping costs from the original order are not refundable.
