1. Shipping Destinations:

   • We currently offer shipping to customers within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing Time:

   • In stock items ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
   • Please note that order processing time may be subject to change during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers:

   • We utilize reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your packages.
   • The available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the package.
   • During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method from the available options.

4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates:

   • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
   • Estimated delivery times will also be provided during the checkout process, taking into account the shipping method and your location. USPS shipping estimates delivery in 1-3 business days. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.

5. Tracking Information:

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.
   • Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

   • Due to legal restrictions and regulations, certain products may be prohibited from shipping to specific locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with the applicable laws and regulations of your delivery address.

7. Undeliverable Packages:

   • In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to us.
   • If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Shipping Insurance: 

• In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support for assistance

9. Third Party Liability:

• We ship all packages via USPS. Once a package is accepted by USPS, it is  the responsibility of USPS to deliver the package. Customers should refer to USPS for any queries regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Pyramid Cigars accepts responsibility for the contents of the package and their condition. 
• For any concerns related to the contents or condition of your package,  please contact Pyramid Cigars directly.

   

  International Shipping Disclaimer:

  All import duties and local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Pyramid Cigars shall not be held liable for any additional taxes, duties, or fees incurred after the sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with the regulations and cover any charges imposed by the local customs or governing authorities. We advise customers to verify applicable duties and taxes in their country before making a purchase. By completing the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding international shipments.
